I can only speak about the Phoenix I have. It was NOT my first sub BTW
This thing is built to the gills and is one hellava nice piece of HT gear. In fact, so was my Mirage S12 and my HSU 3.3 for that matter. But, the Phoenix took it to the next level. I have had many conversations with Chad and my opinion of him is he is a very stand up knowledgable guy. IMHO, he is a bit over his head and is trying everything he can to keep his overhead costs down. IMHO, I think he needs to step up the CS side of things in order to stay on top of his game.
He makes an excellent product that delivers the goods we anal people expect. Now its time to improve the CS part of the business even if it means raising prices.
Now about these new Empire owners posting here. I don't buy half the stuff they have posted here, sorry
When Chad posts his specs on this Empire sub, I am sure it will be everything that people would expect.
