Blu-ray/DVD rip software

I have tried some trials, and just recently tried DVDfab passkey. I'm looking to just remove the encryption/restrictions, and rip ISO for my Dune D1 to play over distributed video to my TVs.

DVDfab seems slower than the AnyDVD HD I've tried. But who updates faster for new titles? I like to rip them right away, because the only BD player I have is my old fat PS3, and it's a hurricane when playing anything.

I use hand brake to convert my kids blu-rays to ATV3 settings.

Should i order AnyDVD HD, DVDfab passkey, or something else?

in for answers also... sometimes I like to break down scenes in movies and pull out certain passages so I need an app that will delete any copyright and allow me to make short "scenes" as well as get HIGH RESOLUTION screen caps that I can frame by frame advance.
