In the Summer of 2015 Sony and Panasonic will introduce new Blu Ray players with the capacity of 300GB to eventually 1 terabyte discs. 4K movies will be a reality. Sony and Panasonic have issued a press release. It was reported on Yahoo.

These are discs that will be used for the 4K blu ray players in the summer of 2014. These are not just storage discs. Go to Yahoo news for the story. Also these discs will be used for game systems using 4K Blu Ray tech. This should have remained in the Blu Ray player category an not put here. This is more than software. The press release was March 10, 2014.

You can post a link. There is no mention in the official press release about any blu-ray player. Both Sony's and Panasonic's release say the same thing. It will remain here until either put out a release for a BD player. I looked at many different press releases before moving it.
