Hi guys, I recently got my self a mac mini to use as HTPC. After installing and setting up eyetv on it I noticed my guide is actually not showing up properly.
I would like to know how to redeem the free 1 yr guide provided by tv guide. I'm also having trouble with the way my channels (basic cable) are being organized, is there a way to make them fit in a list as they appear on titantv? all my locals in HD are towards the end.
I'm suing a WinTV-HVR-950Q hybrid TV stick on a 2011 mac mini running Lion.

Thank you in advance.

Did you follow these instructions:

http://support.elgato.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=3299&nav=0,1&languageid=1&group=englishdefault

If you did, then the next step is contacting El Gato for support.

Sorting and setting up favorite channel lists are covered in the user guide. I don't bother with any of that, though, all I do is uncheck all the channels except for my 8 or 9 local high def QAM channels in the Channel listing, those are the only ones worth recording anyway, and the only ones that I get guide data for.
