I can't find any way to get to them from their home page.

edit: looks like they did. some old subscription links that I had in my email goes to forum.elgato.com then redirects back to their home page.

El Gato shut their forum down almost a year ago. And, as a gesture of their goodwill toward customers, they declined to leave a read-only archive available.

Sad but true. On the bright side, the FAQs are still there, and I've found tech support (888-659-4408, 6am-7pm pt, 7 days) often helpful and supportive.

Why would you want leave around a read only archive showing the glaring unfixed defects in their software and un-fulfilled feature requests going back years?
