I have Prismasonic H fe1500 lens. The front element coating is wearing off. Ive only used lens cleaning paper and cleaner once to wipe it down and I noticed it Can i have the lens re-coated?

How does everyone deal with the micro dust that collects on all the elements? I have tried a lens bulb...it does not do the job. Compressed air...doesn't work. I dont want to physically touch the inside elements if the coating is going to come off.
