I recently added a VC lens and really like the picture. My biggest problem is now I have 3 layers of dust instead of one. Normally you just worry about the projector lens but with a lens there are 3 to 5 additional surfaces to collect dust. All that dust has to add up.

I recommend conducting some MAINTENANCE of your home theatre equipment! If you calibrate regularly as I do, then make a point of cleaning things down as well.

Invest in a can of compressed air.

A-Lens pending, dust will only accumulate on the two outer surfaces.
