I don't know if anybody remembers HTIQ, who manufactured masking systems. Well, that was my baby, and I've been out of business for 4+ years now. But, I still hear thru the grapevine that there may be some customers out there with non-working systems.
My policy for returns was 30 days, but if some reason there are still problems out there, I'd like to resolve them. So I'm offering to fix or replace your system at no charge. I'd rather have happy customers than perpetually pissed-off ones. Please PM me if you are in need of some help.
