Need help figuring out how to clean my xbox 360. It wasn't destroyed in the house fire but i think it has a lot of ash inside of it. I dont want to take it apart and mess it up then it stop working all at once. How would i clean it without completely breaking it.

Doing this for my grandson. It was only a kitchen fire but the soot is everywhere. No physical damage to people or pets. Just wanted to know if it can be cleaned, I said to just let the insurance buy a new one so I agree with you 100%

Open it up and spray compressed air in it. Chances are the laser lense might need a good cleaning. Buy a CD laser disc lense cleaner.

Thanks for all your help. We used canned air I have ( I'm a photographer) and it cleaned out the soot. Once again bless you all.
