Hi guys.

Started building my first Mame cabinet and the first day of actual building here in Finland was today and the day was a success, everything went wery smoothly.
We CNC-machined all the parts from 19mm MDF-board and glued the cabinet together.

This is the first prototype to test the ideas out and the company that owns the CNC machining station/wood shop is thinkin of maybe selling cabinet kits for all interested parties.

2 different kits are available:

- assembled, unpainted (460 euros)
- assembled, unpainted (520 euros)

Lots of pics etc here, sorry about the finnish language though..:

I know that this may be a dumb question but what would something like this cost shipped to the US?

Hi chucky08016, if you want to ask around for shipping prices, all necessary infos are here on the first message:
http://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor...hp?topic=834.0

"At the moment, 2 different kits are available:
- unassembled, unpainted (460e)
- assembled, unpainted (520e)
- painting of the assembled cabinet can be arranged

The customer has to manage shipping themselves, I have not gotten any shipping prices to countries outside Finland, here´s necessary infos if you guys want to ask around for some shipping estimates:
We are located in Turku, Finland, Europe.
Google Maps: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...4&z=3&iwloc=r4

The weight of the kit is about 80 kg & packagesize of the boards is approximately 200cm*90cm*80cm."
80 kg = 176 lbs
200 cm = 6' 6.7"
90 cm = 2' 11.4"
80 cm = 2' 7.5"

for us U.S. people, if you guys are interested in buying a precut arcade kit you should check out mameroom MUCH cheaper than shipping internationally...

mameroom sucks. They live within 10 minutes of me and do not allow visitors. What a bunch of BS.
