We have a local company that sells very nice reproduction period light fixtures in town, and also does internet sales called Rejuvenation. I've always wished I had a pool table so I could have a reason to get one of their fixtures. Take a look at this link: http://www.rejuvenation.com/catalog/categories/lighting/ceiling/chandeliers. The ones that immediately jump out are the North, Blue Pointe, and Scholls Ferry. Most of the fixtures are customizable in terms of size, number of arms, etc. I've a ceiling fixture of theirs in my office and I love it.
Don't forget to search locally for second hand items. Some of the stained glass overhead lamps can be very expensive, but are usually a bargain second hand. I picked up my pool table light on Craigslist.
This was after the contractor installed it. It has since been mounted a little better and has a pool table under it.
