I have been searching Craigslist lately for used foosball and pinball machines to add to my HT room. I came across someone selling a virtual pinball machine - I had never heard of such -but it looks interesting. Basically a computer in a pinball style cabinet with screens instead of a playfield, advantage is you can have hundreds of games. Not sure of the playing experiance though - wondering if anyone has one or played on one?
I was thinking of getting a real pin for my Entertainment room but after checking out that link, the Virtual pin looks like the right way to go albeit need a little more $$$.
Yeah, I dont want to build my own, local guy has one all done, says he has $8000 into it and wants $5000. More than I was going to spend on a used machine but if you can change the game whenever you feel like it it might stay used longer.
