Adjustable Ceiling Mount Question

I have the Obutto Revolution chair and I had a triple screen setup and I use it for racing and other games. I recently bought a 21:9 monitor because of the higher resolution but I would like to still use my triple screen for racing.

I was trying to find a way to mount the 21:9 to the ceiling and have it adjustable so I could move it up when I wanted to race. I've tried to find some adjustable mounts but they look to be permanent once you find the desired. I thought about trying a dyi approach and it seemed pretty simple, just take a flange mount and get 2 pipes, one a size smaller than the other and put a vesa mount on the other end and have holes that I could place a quick screw through. I think I'd rather have some kind of hydraulic connection to make it a bit easier.

Has anyone tried this or know of a retail solution? I would probably be adjusting the monitor a couple times a week.

The pipe needs to extend to at least 60 inches and the monitor weight is 15 lbs.
