Question TV Mount Question

Apologies if this is the wrong forum. I have a travel trailer with a Jensen TV mount (MAF50) supporting a Jensen 24" TV. Due to the configuration of the trailer I have to use this particular mount. Problem is that when the mount arms are fully extended, and the TV is aligned parallel with the arms, the whole setup sags a bit and makes the TV not level. There is no rotation (landscape/portrait) adjustments on this mount.

So, I am wondering if anyone makes an "adapter" the would attach to the VESA (75X75,100/100) portion of the mount and include a rotational adjustment and then another VESA mount for the TV. In other words something like a "Lazy Susan" adapter that I could add to the mount.

Is there such a thing? Any other suggestions?

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
