I just came across one too for about 135. How is this blu-ray player with regard to audio quality or is that more contingent on the AVR?

Can this blu-ray player support 7.2 or just 7.1?

This player is HDMI only, therefore all audio processing is handled by whatever you plug it in to.
There is no such thing as a bluray disc with 7.2 audio.

If the firmware has been upgraded to the latest from Pioneer, it's been stated you can no longer apply the region-free hack for blu rays.
DVDs are playable region-free.

It is missing wifi, and therefore needs either a wireless adapter or an ethernet connection to access the internet.

Great player for 3d or regular blu-ray discs.

Quick loading as well.
