For us Canadians, sonicboomaudio.com has the same models for $669 - roughly the same price as US with exchange rate, but we also have to pay shipping and tax

Good find -- here is a review by the best and most scientific subwoofer reviewer in the biz. (Spoiler Alert: He is very positive).

I've had my PB12-NSD for almost 5 years now. That thing is a BEAST! I have the SBS system that they don't offer anymore, which is still just as good as it ever was. Anyone getting one will not be disappointed.

Just picked up a PB12-NSD (with an invisible scuff on top) for $549. I was going to get the PB-2000, but couldn't pass up this price. My HT won't even be ready for 3-4 months. Considering I won't have a good trial period, I hope this thing is as nice as everyone says it is.

My Theater Build

Equipment List: Epson 6030, Panamorph U480, Oppo-103, SVS PB12-NSD, LSA Statement LCR & surround speakers, Def Tech ProCinema 1000 rears & front heights, Grafik Eye 3106....more to come

It's a nice as everyone says. You will not regret the purchase as long as you stay out the subwoofer forum wink.gif

Ha...yea, I'm fully aware of the myth of the subwoofer budget. It oddly felt counter intuitive to spend so little on a sub. Everyone on this forum has a sickness!
