Stores in my area never got any of them in, so it's not a matter of ordering enough. They are probably just delayed (perhaps due to the holiday). Don't worry, there will be more than they'll need on the shelves.

I got lucky because I have a Fry's close to me and they had it in stock. I have already watched and was very happy with the transfer. I have seen Blade Runner more times than I can remember including a few times in the theater. I was blown away by the picture and sound. I even noticed a few things I hadn't seen before.

It's been available for preorder for WEEKS! If you were "counting down the days" why would you not have preordered it? You would have had it on release day, or even a day earlier!

I "tried" to watch it a few weeks back- DC DVD. After I got my VizioP65-E1. Even thou I too have seen it many of times.
I thought with this LED TV it was too dark & grainy[yes it is a dark&grainy film].But on my Plasma it look better to watch,,,

So I am on for the hunt to find this too......

I bet this was by far the biggest ever catalog title to hit 4K so far. Wouldn't surprise me if it was 2/3 of what GOTG Vol 2 did.

Have been looking for the movie as well. Ordered on target.com . It shipped from IL by UPS and is scheduled to be delivered tuesday.
Will be watching it at home in 4K before I go to the sequel in the theater.

I received my disc yesterday, but haven't had time to play it yet. Wonder if I should wait the pair of SVS Elevation speakers I just ordered to run as top front. Don't have a tentative delivery date yet. I think if they are not scheduled to be here by the weekend, I will just watch the Blade Runner UHD discs in with my current 7.1.2 system with top rear pair, and 4 subs.

Watched GG2 in 4K on my setup today - UHD disc borrowed from a forum member. The movie kind of sucked, but Atmos sound sure was good.

Well I am running 6.3.4 (mostly Martin Logan)and the atmos was great, the cigarette smoke was awesome. I watched pirates of the Caribbean last night, story was blah blah, but the sound and picture was great.
