Fry's Electronics UHD 4K blu-ray discs 3 for 2

This isn't a new offer, it has been on for a while. You need to subscribe to their promo code emails. It's in the weekly code for this week.

The discs are more expensive than Amazon. However, if you have a Citi card with Price Rewind, you can just submit your PDF receipt online with each of the 2 titles you actually paid for. Pretty soon, Price Rewind automatically finds the Amazon price on those titles.
Then you end up with 3 UHD discs for the price of 2 Amazon discs.

Oh. And they have a bunch of regular Blu-rays (not UHD) at $2.99, no need for promo code. You can mail order too :

Yes but the free disc is the cheapest one, ie. sale disc, unless all 3 are on sale.

True...but even if the cheapest disc is $15.00 you still beat everyone else price for the collective price of all three
And... you can always price match the others discs if they are higher than elsewhere and make the deal even sweeter

I did it the other day

Personally, I think the best way is to group 3 discs that are as close in price to each other as possible. And then use Price Rewind to match the 2 that cost the most. I bought a bunch of titles this way in the last week - over a dozen, most still wrapped.

Otherwise, Fry's 3 for 2 offer plus price match on the 2 more expensive discs is going to get you a better price.
