Wow, that's a good price. Is the delivery charge off the wall? Available warranty's reasonable? I know they have a pretty good reputation with camera stuff. Are they an Authorized Pioneer Plasma dealer (in terms of warranty)? I'm waiting to pull the trigger on this unit, and this IS tempting.

you have to call for the price?

The site says they are an authorized dealer too.

That is a good deal!!!

continental one pass program offers it for $4258 total shipped. it is tiem # 03-1268.
the 5070 is $2809 shipped, and is item 03-1267.

not a normal etailer, yes, you have to join for free and maybe buy some magazines to get the 100 points to use with the purchase and yes, they are authorized dealers. BUT as said not normal etailer and you may have to wait 2-4 weeks to get your item.

Forum sponsor Invision is doing this for $4799 shipped. Their warranty is $350 for a total of 5 yrs coverage. Gotta be watching Black Friday to see if this changes things.

try your local pioneer dealer for elite prices, some will work with you pretty good, some will not at all. might try and pm some of the owners in the 6070/1540 thread to get an idea also.

It's difficult to find someone to give up their bottom line deal. A lot of folks I pm'd stated that they told the salesman they wouldn't divulge the deal, etc. I am just wondering what the ballpark is for the 1540, i.e what would be the best deal in the world v. a deal anyone could make in a heartbeat.

Hey guys, how about an update on price for the 6070 from someone who has been watching, I've been away for about 6 months due to family issues, and would love to jump on this set if it's down below $4k delivered. Thanks!

That's what I wanted to hear! Seems like a lot of TV for the money, and as my seating distance is 13 feet, with lots of SD, this sets seems to be a good fit for me. Thanks again!

Pricing is not always the same, depending on the stock, location, service etc.

optimumstore.com

$3,261.85 / $125 inside delivery or $200 for white glove.

You need to be a cablevision triple play customer to get the discount.
