Vending machines at $1, LED projectors, native 2.35 aspect ratio panels?

No mention of vending machines that rent DVDs at $1? Will they stamp out downloads?

What about LED projectors? What about projectors that obsolete adapters by native 2.35 aspect ratio panels? Are these developments arriving 2009? 2010?

Don't forget about the Blackberry Storm...

If Blackberry can get some real apps going & work out the bugs, then the Storm will be the real iphone competition. You can already use Orb with it to stream vids and music to the device and it does work somewhat well. The Youtube app is horrible quality compared to the one for the Iphone however.

We are just waiting for the official launch of the BlackBerry Application StoreFront. Developers are already submitting their applications to RIM. I think we will see some interesting AV applications for the BlackBerry. Although the lack of the WIFI on the strom will be a disadvantage, hopefully the developer can concentrate on the Bluetooth. The Launch is scheduled for March of this year. Let's wait and see.

Hi filtor,

We do a recap of our predictions in December. It seems so far away right now but it will get here pretty fast.
