Just purchased one of these. I use mostly to watch bluray movies and sports. Does anyone have suggestions for optimal settings on this? I've done quite a few google searches and haven't turned up anything yet. My last tv I bought on here I got some great settings suggestions that I used until I bought this so I'm hoping I can find some more great ones from all you fine folk. Thank you!

If you are serious about this, burn yourself a free copy of the AVSHD709 disc on this forum. It will play on most BD players and will allow you to set all the basic picture settings on your TV properly (like brightness/contrast, sharpness, color/tint, and picture size/aspect ratio for 1:1 pixel mapping). You can do the same with a commercially available disc like DVE HD Basics BD, Spears & Munsil HD Benchmark, or Disney WOW BD.
