here is my tv

http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/consumer/computer-peripherals/monitors/consumer/LS24B300HS/XK-spec?subsubtype=series-3-led

i read that cross reduction should be off, RGB full, SUperwhite on and the last option on automatic.

i read that u should turn RGB on full but put the HDMI black level on the TV to 'normal'.

There is also PC/AV mode. Its in PC mode now because if i leave it on AV i cant put it in game mode!

The problem is, all games still look flat!

if anyone else can help me out ill be thankful.

Start off getting brightness and contrast correct with a calibration disc. Search for the free AVS709 disc here. Also see if there is an owners thread in the LCD forum for your model may pick up some hints there.

Just follow the settings recommended in the PS3 FAQ thread here on AVS... the settings there are optimized for movies, but work just as well with games.
