Hey all,

I'm new to this calibration stuff but basically I just want to calibrate my monitor and possibly create a printer profile and TV. I bought an i1Pro spectrophotometer 2nd hand but there was no software with it. What is the best software for a reasonable price that would accomplish this. I got such a great deal on the i1Pro which is probably overkill for my application but I though I'd give it a try. Got any ideas on what software I should buy?

Thanks,
Joe

If you do not want to do TVs which you will .. but if you don't then Spectracal has CalPC http://store.spectracal.com/consumer/calpc-monitor-calibration.html

The old HCFR 2.1 works with the i1Pro spectro and it's free.

HCFR is a great way to start out, then move on to one of the better 'paid' offerings when you have a good grasp on what's going on.
