In CalMAN under "Application measurement options" and "autocal targets", what is the deltaE formula set to? To make CalMAN get the best balance between gamma and grayscale tracking smoothness, it's important to select "dE_combined_JND_2000."

Don't remember. I will check tonight. Thank you.

You're describing manual calibration approaches. But we're talking about how the new Auto Cal function for the 2016 Samsung KS series is working. It won't just leave 90 alone. And, it'll adjust gamut if you choose.

For those waiting for the Linker and Calman custom DV support like me, have seen that Spectracal are now ditching the Linker and new Vertex support for DV calibrations - custom, due to SDK incompatibility.

Real shame

That's "for now". It may be a quick fix (such as separating the CalMAN HDFury "Integral/Linker/Vertex" menu callout into individual items, as they've had to do for the Lumagen processors, in order to access the different SDKs), or it may not. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
