I have a Samsung 72a650 (dlp) set and a denon 4311 receiver. When I am using the Wow disc, should I set the color, brightness with what is on the set, or what is on the receiver (I can pull up a menu with picture adjustments on my receiver).

It's accepted as best to do all settings and/or calibration in the display. If there is a problem that you can't fix then it's OK to make adjustments in the AVR or Blu-ray player depending on which one is best.
