I just got the spectracal meter today, i installed software and opened app. Then when I copy paste the key that was given it says


Error Number: 26
Meter license not found. To check your license, click settings-> License

HOPEFULLY YOU COULD HELP ME CAUSE I CAN'T GO ONE MORE DAY WITH THIS PICTURE LOOKING LIKE CRUDDDD LOL

I did call them but they were already closed. Another reason why I'm anxious to get this thing up and running's cause I spent extra on Next Day Air. And now to be stuck on the part where the key doesn't work kinda eek.gif. It would've been better if UPS would've lost it or something. Just kidding

I just pm'd you about it, I'll see if there is anything I can look at, but you might just need to talk to customer service in the morning, only so much anyone can do when the office is closed.

By the way "Please HELP!" is about the most worthless subject for a post on AVS I can recall reading in a long time. Why wouldn't you make the subject something reasonable that might actually draw-in someone who has an answer?

AVS Forums aren't really Spectracal support forums either. Spectracal does run their own support forums where you are likely to have someone from Spectracal monitoring incoming questions, even after-hours.

Your subject should have read "Help with CalMAN meter license - PLEASE!" or something like that which would actually be descriptive of the issue you are having.

Two post were made there last night also with the same lack of info. Even though it was after hours Joel responded.
