Hi All

I have a MyGica media player, which plays mkv files via my projector.
Are there free and good test patterns to use to calibrate it, as I feel the brightness is too accentuated?

Although I have a original Disney WOW disc to calibrate my Bluray player, I don't have the equivalent for the media player frown.gif
I would like something similar regarding basic test patterns for brightness, color, contrast, sharpness, etc.

Thanks in advance...

U can convert the AVS HD 709 to mkv and use them to calibrate.

AVS HD 709 worked brilliantly! The picture looks one hundred times better with darker blacks and whiter whites. Can't thank everyone enough for providing such a useful tool for free! I love this forum!
