Not to worry, no to worry. These things always find a way to disrupt even the best plans. Take your time and we'll all be very grateful when it's finished :-).

Should this be burnt onto a DVD or Blu-ray, or it doesn't matter?

Already used NTI on a DVD - will find out tonight!

Well maybe tomorrow night. Got all caught up watching the Legend of the Black Scorpion - Excellent Blu-ray - First Movie I've ever watched that was so quiet, even during the noisy scenes. You Only Hear what the Director wants you to hear! Noticed it right away in the first 5 minuts.

NTI Burned DVD +R works in the OPPO 93, but the Sony 790 says Incorrect Disc. Will have to try an IMG Burned DVD and see how that works. Great piece of Work!
IMG Burned DVD +R works in the OPPO 93, but the Sony 790 Still says Incorrect Disc - will try a Blu-ray next.
IMG Burned BD works in the OPPO 93 and Sony 790.

Which Pattern is being used for Sharpness?

So with Calman 5 'Control'($299), a SpectraCal C3 Meter($149) and a reference Pattern Disc(Like yours?) I'll beable to do the following with my Panasonic S30 1080p Plasma in Custom & Game mode?

~Tone down the crazy bright whites (The S30 apperantly has a 2 point white system Vs the ST30's 10 point)
~Correct the white clipping
~Get the default/optionless High Gamma towards 'Medium'
~Correct the Red Push/Sun Burnt Skin
~Correct the Sevre Pink/Magneta Push

If So, i'll be absolutely extatic! I refuse to actually sit down and watch a movie all the way through on my 60" S30 with all of the problems above as it makes for one harsh, unatural, distracting and unimerssive experience...Once somebody confirms that the following above can be corrected or definitly improved on i'm going to splurge and get the Calman 5 control, C3 metre and reference pattern Disc once my next pay check comes in.
Should be possible right?

How are you currently getting your Brightness and Contrast values? BEST - With Calman, use the Dynamic Range Layout to configure, WORSE - if using Disney WOW Advanced. Somewhat BETTER - try the WOW Basic Values instead, or BETTER - get the New S&M ver2 to get you the Correct values, or very near correct values. The AVS 709 also does a Very Good Job of getting the correct values if you read the Graphs properly.
