Dear Florian!
Thank you very much for your answers.

Please help to understand -
what is the difference calibration speed?
High, medium, low ?
Number of measurements?
Smoothing method - mean or median?

With great respect and gratitude, Andrei.

What is best for my 3DLUT -

1) XYZ LUT+ matrix
or
2) XYZ LUT+swapped matrix ?

More help me understand please in edit teschart.
1) What is add saturation sweeps 2-255? by changes nothing changes.
2) Where you can select the number of points gamma?
3) Where you can select the number of points grayscale?

I found - neutral patches best 121, maximum for 8 bit and 20% dark emphasis -129. True?

On the "Calibration" and "3D LUT" tabs (if not creating a 3D LUT from an existing profile), black point is not yet known so all controls are available, but may not make a difference depending on measured black point.
Why it was previously a function ? Point 4
Measurement report=Verification in new dispcalgui - is not it ?

Lower calibration speed will try to achieve a lower delta e in the calibration phase. Swapped matrix is there so that it expose if certain software using the profile incorrectly. You can refer to the documentation on argyllcms and DCG for a better explanation.
Verification is the same as the generate measurement report if I am not mistaken.
Unless you have special need, the default testcharts will give you the "best" result.

XYZ LUT+swapped matrix (which is the default for all 3D LUT presets) because it saves a bit of processing time (the matrix is not used when generating the 3D LUT).

You have to click one of the R, G, B, C, M, Y buttons after generating a testchart. It'll add the sweeps after the selected patch in the spreadsheet.

Those would be neutral patches.

129 is the maximum still resolving to individual steps in 8-bit, with 20% dark region emphasis.
