Hi,
at the moment I'm using a Colormunki Display to calibrate my Plasma TV. While it is the same hardware as the i1 Display Pro it has limitations built into the firmware, one of which apparently is a latency which makes it impossible for the device to sync with the plasma refresh rate along with slower reading times and low compatibility..
My question is this:
Were I to upgrade to an I1Display Pro, what exactly would change for me in terms of synchronizing? How would that present itself? More consistent readings (i.e. better repeatability)? More accurate readings? Anything else that I'm missing?

Thanks

Doesn't anyone have an answer to this? Time is running out, as I have to return the Colormunki in a few days if I want a refund to buy the i1DP

In the limited testing I've done synching on the refresh rate of my plasma with the D3 has made no measurable difference in probe reading stability or accuracy. The main advantage has been speed.
