Just wondering if anybody has calibrated or measured the color gamut of any of the recent budget projectors.
Optoma HD25 series, BenQ W1070, 1080, Acer H6510, etc.

I used a Datacolor Spyder 4 Elite on a Optoma GT750E.

The projector is set to default settings except lamp is in bright mode. I calibrated to gamma of 2.2 and 6500K. After calibration the software told me I have 84% of sRGB range. That sounds really bad, but I am projecting onto a white wall not a projector screen, expect much better results with a good screen.

Note that Optoma has the GT760 out now which has much better contrast.
