You should also calibrate the set without having the on VT60's menus up on screen during the session.

Ok downloaded Mascoir's and goign to use the 6-10% APL windows to recalibrate again.

Basically I'm not going to start from scratch, but going to take the Cinema setting I got to perfect calibration with using 15% windows, and goign to adjust grayscale/CMS/gamma from there using 6-10% APL windows from Mascoir.

I'd stick to the 10% standard windows and see if the visual results match the graphs by watching actual content.

Sony 32" EX400 calibrated settings

Panasonic 50" S60 calibrated settings

HTPC/Sony S5100 to Sony HT-CT150 to Panasonic 55" VT60, Sony 32" EX400, Panasonic 50" S60

So you would still recalibtate using the 10% std windows?
Visual content looks fantastic right now after I had used15% std windows to calibrate. Wondering if I'm going to need to recalibtate with 10% ones of the same! or will my results be roughly the same?

they'll probably be roughly the same on the grayscale. you might need to tweak the cms a bit, and possibly the gamma.

And in your opinion, for a plasma, it would provide a more accurate image using the 5% smaller patterns?

As other's have said, it varies from panel to panel but generally 10-15% standard patterns is where it's at for plasmas and especially the 2013 panasonics. If you are happy with your picture and your larger patterns, I'd just call it a day. Though if you feel things are looking off for some reason then there is no harm in doing another calibration run.
