Tripod mounting for Colormunki Design

Found a decent deal on a Colormunki spectro to go along with my i1Display Pro. I can't, however seem to find anything at all about whether or not the Colormunki can be mounted to a tripod. Does anyone know if it can?

HTPC: I3 2100, Radeon 6950.

I made a bracket to hold the Colormunki. It was just a piece of thin metal that I bent into a "U" shape and put padding on. I believe the threads for a tripod are 1/4-20. Held it nicely.

For temporary mounting I've used blue painter's tape from the hardware store. Creating a flattened loop of the tape to allow it to adhere to the meter and the flat top of the tripod mounting area will work well as long as the meter is relatively horizontal.

Would you be willing to take a pic of it so I can get a good idea of what you did?

Sure, I can do that this evening. It has the mount for a Spyder 3 which I don't use anymore with it. If you want to PM me with your e-mail, I can send the picture to you.

I actually designed a mount for this unit...and had a prototype made up..but there was no interest.

Here is the thread:
Need for a ColorMunki Tripod Mount?

Maybe you can get some ideas from it.
