Calibration for "Dummies"

I haven't calibrated my Pio Kuro PRO-101 in many years and have forgotten everything. I have Chromapure and the calibrated meter that I got from Tom.

There used to be a good free guide that covered contrast, brightness, saturation, etc but I can't find it. I know my set has dimmed somewhat and would like to check and adjust the contrast, etc but don't remember where to start. All I remember are the flashing bars for brightness which never seemed that easy to read even back then!

thx
