For those of you addicted to Call of Duty, here's a list of perks for the next iteration of COD

Perk 1
• Special Grenades x3
• Satchel Charge x2
• M9A1 Bazooka x2
• Bomb Squad
• Bouncing Betty x2 (similar to claymores)
• Bandolier
• Primary Grenades x2
• M2 Flamethrower

Perk 2
• Stopping Power
• Fireworks (explosives cause more damage)
• Flak Jacket (decreases damage taken by explosives)
• Gas Mask
• Juggernaut
• Camouflage
• Sleight of Hand
• Shades (decreases intensity of signal flares)
• Double Tap
• Overkill

Perk 3
• Deep Impact
• Extreme Conditioning

Toss Back - awesome!

I also like the Recon perk. Very cool. I hope they release short vids of showing the perks in use as they did with CoD4. I'll bet they'll be great!

the only memories that I have of using a gas mask in a video game was Rainbow Six 3 (the OG black XBOX kind)

I remember everyone had it equipped and then going nuts on presidio with it (i.e. everyone unleash gas hell in that long hallway inside)

Sigh, fun times...

I am looking forward to this one as well. Does anyone know if it allows multiplayer on one system, like Halo3? Would love to be able to play it with the brother in law this holiday season when he comes over.

I don't think so. Unlike Halo, the maps for COD are generally more "detailed" as in more rooms, more textures, lighting etc. compared to a series of long hallways and then a large fighting area for Halo.

Use the tried and true method of controller swap, that works best!

If you want local MP, I think the split screen would still be implemented but obviously not as fun going 1v1

the vehicles in cod 3 were awesome! Who can forget plowing into that house on the german side of Edar Dam, machine gun blazing away? Fun stuff indeed

The vehicles on CoD3 are/were great. However that being said, I personnally like the vehicles in Battlefield games better. Vehicles usually mean much bigger maps, and likely more people in coop. I personnally think that CoD5 (I know its called CoD:WaW, but the next game after is CoD6, so I am calling this one CoD5) will suppliment CoD4 in game play because of vehicles and larger maps. I think this will be a great game.

I agree. I wonder if we'll get a syringe RTCW:ET style or it'll be the ol "drop the med pack on the ground" deal. I hope it's the syringe style (or at least it requires you to hunker down and interact with someone) instead of dropping health nuglets around the map.

i agree the battlefield vehicles are better, but they can't hold a candle to cod's fps combat

For COD 6 I think it would be nice to have people actually falling to the ground and it taking a moment to get up. For instance if you jump from a balcony and land hard enough to get the red screen in addition to that maybe you fall to a knee and it take a second to get up and shake it off. Also if you are in the area of a grenade, it explodes but you are not close enough to get killed in real life it might knock you off your feet and you would have to get up and shake it off for a second. I think this would make the game a bit more difficult for some that run/jump around but it adds realism to an already great game.

I never argue with fools cause from a distance you canÂt tell who is who....

None of the weapons appeared to have any recoil.

I sure hope that's not the case in the final game.

I like your style. It would definitely hamper my ability to run around and kick some arse but at least it will force me to learn again which is cool.

Im just happy that was actual gameplay footage. Now we get to see what our $59 is really it putting on our tv.

It looks good, but it damn sure didnt look as good other video 'people' were saying was gameplay.

since you're focus is realism, how about you give someone the option to turn their head and close their eyes when someone throws a flashbang at them, since someone can do it in real life but i have yet to see a single video game incorporate it...
