Most hotels have a log in page where you have to type a pass code. NOT to be confused with any WEP or other security codes. It's off an actual web page.
When my coworker and I were working in Cleveland, he brought that kick butt blue ray device wit the cute tiny controller that also happens to play games.... Ummmm.Oh yeah, the PS3. It's adorable.
Anyway, I brought my 360. The PS3's browser allowed him to log right in and access the wireless.
I had to call a special number, give them my MAC address and PAY 15 bucks for the week.
And it's been the same for wired acess as well.
Some hotels I am sure don't require it. The Holiday Inn's ,Hampton ,Hilton etc that I stay in all seem to now.
