For those XBOX users who have been having constant buffering issues with the Verizon Fios Tv app, I have some news on the problem. Here is the latest response from Verizon via Facebook:

You deserve an answer, but at the moment we do not have one that we can put out publicly or even just in a private message here. It is a known issue that is being addressed. When you involve giant companies like Verizon and Microsoft and have them build a platform that uses servers from television stations like TNT, FOX, ABC ect there is a lot of difficulty troubleshooting as we need access to all of the information and it is in no one spot. We appreciate your patience in this matter and please be assured that it is being looked into.
I find it funny that Comcast version of this app does not have these issues. Sounds like the development team bit of more then they could chew and disregarded beta testing. If they had done that they would have picked up on the buffering which happens evenings/nights and weekends. I have been dealing with this issue for 5 months and I can deduct that it has been a issue for a lot longer. I called XBOX and they acknowledged the problem but said they have no position on the app even though it it a broken app.
