There's always a hit when you're learning new maps, but yeah the Titans being weak hurts anyone who was good with them. Also, even the "fast" Titans in this have only two boosts. Not being able to have Auto-Eject and a second ability is a downer.
The change to hardpoint encourages more camping, while Bounty Hunt does a bit too - why go after the bounty if you can just wait for people making a deposit.
I used the Radar when first starting TF1, but by Gen 10 I was Stim except for MFD and Last Tits (Cloak for both). The new Stim actually seems faster, but doesn't last as long - neither of which is quite right.
The new Rodeo mechanic has hurt me. There are times where you want to just jump on and immediately back off, or where you'd want to stay on longer than it makes you jump off now. Somehow I think the new way is worse for me both as a Pilot and as a Titan. eta - a friendly Titan's shield would give you some protection in TF1 when riding, nothing like that anymore.
Again, I haven't put near enough time into the new one to be fully acclimated yet, but an expected Attrition or Pilot Hunter match result for me was 20+ kills and 0-5 deaths - a "good" match for me in TF2 so far has been in the teens with 6-10 deaths and probably averaging like 12:8.
