Man, why did EA do this ? Freaking only supports online play. No Adhoc. So, I finally got a second copy of this game, so me and my son could play each other, and if we are driving to Los Angeles on a long road trip, we can't play each other the whole way down there. How bad does that suck ? All the other Vita games I know of, support local multiplayer without needing to go online. I can play Wipeout locally, I can play ModNation Racers locally.... Why can't I play Fifa locally? Then, to top it all off, you have to use that bullcrap EA account and sign into their own, private, special servers. God, I freaking hate EA sometimes..... mad.gif

Wow, blast from the past. Yeah, this issue really did piss me off. The whole idea of having a portable, is that you can play the thing on the go, and sometimes you're not going to be near a wi-fi hotspot or anything like that. Our family goes camping quite a bit, and we would always bring our handhelds to get some gaming in here and there, and not being able to play head to head without an internet connection really sucked.

I never did try Fifa 13, I wonder if they added ad-hoc for that version ?
