I'm sure that all of these use active shutter glasses and i don't think any of the 3d games for the PS3 use those color filter glasses except maybe a few old games. I have no idea why that Batman game uses those color filter glasses, also which Batman game are you talking about?
A couple of early games use the old "red blue" type glasses. There are a couple of more recent games that use InfiColor (a different color scheme that supposedly improves the visuals so that the image isn't so overwhelmed by red and blue - Batman Arkham Asylum used this). There are MANY games that support modern 3D TV's (all of these support both active shutter passive polarized TV's/glasses).
Leaping off of things in Assassin's Creeds = can make you feel ill in 3D.
