At the time, I was on my cell phone while baby sitting a contractor at work, while also using the mobile site. I didn't check out what the game was until later, when I had more free time.

Well I can take Outlast off my steam list. That's a nice surprise, been wanting to play that. Already own Metro, rented and returned Remember Me. But I will download them anyway.

Payday 2 I hear nothing but good.

My cousin said he had to pause several times due his heart racing and hands sweating, he played @ 123" with 7.1 audio. I have not tried it on my 133" with 9.3 audio as of yet but plan to when this hits PS4.

Go in not expecting anything next gen or you'll be disappointed. It's not a big budget title, it's all designed to do one thing... scare the $H!7 out of you. biggrin.gif

I was playing it in 60fps/3D on my 95" screen. That's about as close as you can get to being in the game other than an oculus rift.  Made me scream like a little girl a few times...the night vision camcorder view looks so authentic that it really seals the deal.

Absolutely! Next to RPGs survival horror are my preferred type of game. I've been trying to get into FPS because they are available during this drought, but once there are more other genre types available I most likely won't be playing them any longer. Out of COD, Battlefield, and KZ, I have to say I like Ghosts the best.

I have to say that NFS is pretty rad and this is coming from someone who does not usually play or like racing games.

Survival horror on my set up is extremely frightening as well. Man Dead Space scares the tar out of me in the man cave.

Are you saying that it looks sub par not being 'next gen'?

I think your audio setup can make a person jump in any game from Barbie's Horse adventure to Pac Man.

Not 1080p 60... that's so last gen, bah.

Sorry had to do it. wink.gif

Seriously though, I did not even realize it had 3D support, that's even more terrifying. eek.gif I wonder if the PS4 version has it.

It's not official support, but 3D vision + helix mod is as good as the real thing.

Ahhhh man down!!!! One controller just went kaput. The right trigger felt odd. Looked at it and it wasn't springing back. Took off the back and the little plastic shaft was busted. Either need to get inventive with a coat hanger or see if GS will exchange it.

I welcome these new horror games and I cannot wait to play them in my room. Dead Space 1/2 was terrifying to play but that was the enjoyment out of it!

Sorry to hear your controller went kaput Lordxar.

Hmmm, will look into that. My PJ is 3D TV Play compatible so maybe I can get it working.

Or maybe TriDef can do it.

I keep having to fix the right bumper (R1) on one of my DS4's and it's getting tiresome, it keeps sticking.

These buttons just pop off to clean but I don't see anything there to cause it to stick. confused.gif

May have a busted part like mine does. I couldn't see anything obvious and kept pulling the shell off until the last time I noticed the broken piece. Wasn't too obvious either as its in the trigger assembly itself.

Edit: Da Gamer Pimp, your probably talking about the R1 shoulder button. Someone had a youtube vid saying you could pop those off and clear some residue to make them work. In my case its R2 which has some crappy plastic tabs. May be able to ship it back to sony at my dime. Guess I'll have to call Gamestop and see what they can do, unless I can turn up some 3rd party parts place.

Check with Sony too, might be able to get it replaced under warranty. Read that because of issues with the thumbsticks rubber peeling off they are replacing controllers. Just say it's the one that came with the console.

PlayStation app had been updated. Fixes the constant turn on your ps4 issue, adds voice messaging (ashtray pact on the ps4), and now has live view.... So you can watch all the play room shenanigans

Did you sign up on the PSN ID thread? I get people from AVS submitting friend requests but they've all put AVS in the subject line or body of the request.
