Yes and for some this is fine,
But for me using a projector, my PS3 did EVERYTHING I needed (GAMES, BD, DVD, CD, MP3, AVI, MP4, DLNA, DTV, PVR) with one HDMI cable and one setting.
Now MY PS4 does GAMES and BD, so either I run with both or find an alternative for the PS3 (as I want to move this on to the kids)
I'm with you, this stuff needs to be added to PS4 ASAP.
Imagine the uproar if the iPhone 6 were to come out with no music or video support or apps.
Would people be saying "its a phone, I only need it to make calls. I have other devices for the other stuff"
