Pen, beware of ATT DSL. I just switched to Xfinity from an AT&T DSL 6 Mbps plan and Im kicking myself from not doing it sooner. DSL will get you to your destination but prepared for a bumpy ride. Not sure if you live alone or you'll be sharing your DSL while gaming but my experiences with ATT DSL was dropping out of games, not connecting to servers and lag/latency disadvantages while playing FPS.
Ask Nex, Lazy and Zath about my frustrations with DSL. If it's your best option, then you gotta do what you gotta do but stay away is my advice after being a gamer and a DSL subscriber for many years.
EDIT: Oh and I forgot to mention, you can forget purchasing digital downloaded games. BF4 for PS3 (10 GB download) took 10 hours to download on DSL. BF4 for PS4 (35 GB) took 20 hours to download 21 GB before I said eff it, cancelled the DL and went out and bought the disc version. When I finally upgraded to Xfinity 50/15, I re-downloaded BF4 and the 35 GB file only took me a little over 2 hours.
