I'd have to compare them to be exactly sure, but I just happened to feel like I noticed a fairly big difference when I went back to BF4.
But it could just be a different design aspect as well and not just graphics.
But to me Hardline seems to have a "haze" or "blur" about it with dark tones, where BF4 is seems more crisp with sharper edges and brighter, more vibrant maps.
I've probably not played all the maps on Hardline.
It was my quick opinion on a "audio / video science" forum in which I have no current proof to what the differences that I noticed might be.
I went on to describe what could be possibly affecting my perception between the two games' graphics.
Of course I may not have all the settings exactly the same for both games, especially brightness.
IDK, what do you think between the two games?
Shouldn't Hardline have better graphics considering BF4 arrived at the launch of PS4 and Hardline arrived a full year and a half later?
But it doesn't...right? And initially, to me, Hardline just seemed duller most of the time or something along those lines.
I'm sure if I play Hardline again I will be able to have a better opinion of the graphics between the two games, but currently I've not spent too much time with Hardline.
