Me, personally, Ive been playing mostly PS2 games (GOW2) I missed out on and using it as a Blu-Ray\\DVD player (PQ much better for me than the 360 (non-HD-DVD) I was previously using.

Just checking everyone elses usage.

Thanks

I own 3 games but I have watched 25+ movies and that number grows by two or three a week.

I have been playing GOW2, Medal Gear Solid Snake Eater and replaying Gran Tourismo 4, plus the occasional Blu-ray. Finished Resistance and have not picked up another PS3 game yet.

Blockbuster Online is to blame, but I basically only use it for watching Blu-ray movies.

When my sister-in-law comes home from college for the summer we will probably do a bit more gaming, but for now it is almost exclusively a video player.

I am very glad I have it over a standalone player, last weekend while waiting for everyone to get situated for the movie I played a few trailers from the PSN.

Hard to say, while I own more blu-ray movies than games I spend more than 2 hours on each game. I'm pretty evenly split if I had to guess.

I also use it for music playback , PS2 games, Internet browsing, sharing pictures with family demo's, etc. On rare occasion folding.

I voted PS2 games, but it's pretty close between BluRay, PS2 Games, PS3 demos and PS3 games. Followed not too far behind by downloaded trailers....

I voted Blue-ray playback but it's really about 50/50. I watch alot of movies and play games about the same amount of time.

I voted for PS3 games, but I'm probably about 60% PS3 games, 40% Blu-Ray movies. Planet Earth is absolutely stunning on Blu-Ray, by the way...

Interesting.

FYI folks, for all those who have HDMI lossless enabled receivers be sure to pick up a few SACDs when you get the chance.

Blu-Ray and standard DVD playback for me at this time, the reason is obvious: no games worth buying yet.

I've been roughly 50/50 between PS2 games and BD watching. I've tried out a few PS3 games (Oblivion, which is better on PC, Resistance (not a big FPS guy), VF5 (one I've liked most thus far, but not enough to spend 60 on it), and Untold Legends (mediocre beat-em-up)).

My Current Theater Setup:
Mistubishi WS55513, Denon 2805, XBox 360 w/ HD-DVD add-on, PS3, Wii, Dish V622 HD-DVR Reciever

I originally bought my PS3 because of Blu-Ray and standard DVD's and because I could use it for my granddaughter to play PS2 kiddie games as well. In reality, I have used it more for the PS3 Motorstorm game (that is soooo addictive) even though I have never done gaming before and for a fair amount of Folding as well.

The nice thing is that it is multi-purpose, I am pretty happy with the PS3 purchase.

My PS3 spends most of its time folding. Not because I don't play games or watch movies on it but because I leave it on all the time. Been running 24/7 since I bought it in March.

Interesting Poll. I use it mainly for Blu-Ray and SD-DVD, although RFOM and Motorstorm pop-up occasionally.

I agree on the SD-DVD playback PQ over 360. 360 is nice, but the PS3 is a marked difference. Must be the HDMI vs. component, I guess.

The 10BR movies I own. Bought resistance. Played it though once and never touched it again. Didn't do much for me. I'm hoping that there are atleast one or two good games that I can buy over the course of the year to justify the $600....

I watch 2 or 3 Blu ray movies a week depending on if anything I want is released & I play Grand Turismo HD, F1 Championship edition, Motorstorm & Need for Speed Carbon + some downloadable games.
I also use the card readers for viewing Pics & Vids, they look so much better on my 70" XBR2 than my 22" computer monitor!

But since I leave it on 24/7 Folding while I'm not playing games or BD I put that I fold the most.

When I'm not using my PS3 as a condiment dispenser or barbeque grill, I'm usually watching Blu-Ray movies with it.

As far as time goes...it spends the most time folding. When I first purchased it, I used it primarily to watch BD, but I find myself using it just a often to play games.

Blu-ray movies most of the time. PS3 games have been fallen to the sideline lately. To me it is a good Blu-ray player with video-gaming capability not the other way around
