I unlocked the PC version. You need to put in a Korean proxy server and once you unlock it, you don't need the proxy anymore.

No PC pre-order deals worth using? Amazon's $20 coupon is only for the console versions.

Amazon had the game for $42 not too long ago, I think they have it for $49 now.

Argh. My servers are online but can't play on them yet. I don't really want to do the proxy thing. Why do they torture us like that? Just release the game worldwide all at once.

Got a hour of SP so far. Most settings at ULTRA, no mo blur, 1920x1200 and vsync on. There is some slow down that gets to 40fps. Just luv the White House SS agent from 24 as the CIA guy in the cut scenes. Getting my @ss kick on the bridge trying to get to the LMG. Game at the hard setting. Looks great. Very linear game play tho.

Reading (once again) ATI drivers are borked, especially for CF configs. Will team red ever deliver on a new game before it actually releases instead of weeks later? Fugetabout it. Next time it's Nvidia all the way for me. As it stands I will be waiting on new games now unless it runs on an old engine like Batman: AC.

Not overly impressed with the graphics considering I'm running DX11 on Ultra (talking about SP only), I guess I was expecting more.
*Ok some of it is impressive, bits here and there.

Oh and don't bother trying to play the SP with a 360 controller, all functions do not work as they should (just got to a point where I could not pass without use of the KB).
*360 Controller does not feel solid with this game, something just feels off.

*About 2 hours into the SP and it's just not very good, pretty boring.

Below are videos of a Battlefield 3/Frostbite 2 technology presentation given at the GeForce LAN event (spoiler tag used to prevent clutter). I have not watched all of it since they just came to my attention, but what I did see thus far was interesting and very informative.

If anyone is connecting to games but then getting "kicked by administrator" immediately, follow these steps. It fixed that issue, but I'm still having trouble ever connecting.

Out of the 15 people I play with, 12 can't get on to play from different errorsLOL. I had to disable my ambx lights, as it wouldn't even load with them on. Played the game for a bit online last night. PC being the lead platform? gimme a break. The levels are way to small for 64 players. I really can't for the life of me understand how Dice/EA could come to the table with this crap.
Makes me sad to be a PC gamer at all.

I don't know about the maps being small they seems big enuf. I played a few hours today MP 64 player maps and they all seem fine in size. Had to stop the SP since I just can not get that LMG at the overpass/cross walk. I just keep dying, hard setting. So far I am enjoying the MP and only had issues 1st when I was setting the graphics settings. The game lag like crazy, but after a restart of the game it ran OK.

Is anyone just not enjoying this on the pc side? I'm finding it rather tedious to level up or even get a grasp on what the hells going on. Keep in mind I loved BF2 and bad company. I feel lost as to why my skills are so awful?

I'm finding the game pad to be a really big negatory so far with online play. Even in single player the QTE are not mapped on screen to the pad. Kind of lame.
