I'd love to see the PC versions of the various uncharted games, or maybe the motorstorm series. Heavy Rain on the PC would be kinda interesting. Infamous would look DAMN good on PC.

It's a damn shame that none of the Sony games come to the PC. When they are making "The Last of Us' for PS3, they are developing it using PC's right? How hard would it be for them to sh*t out a quickie PC port. So many extra sales that never happen.

Getting the MLB: The Show series on the PC has been a bit of a dream scenario for me.

It would be nice but at least there are more and more multi-platform games coming out for the PC these days. Check out my Sleeping Dogs topic for a prime example of this.

XBOX Live: Wagmman
PSN: Wagg
BFBC2: Wagman
Steam: Wag

My Second Life character looks and acts exactly like me except he can fly.

Sony games are the only reason to get a PS3. Blu-ray used to be a good reason but that was 6 years ago. As it is now if you could get Sony games on the PC the chance for lock-in to PSN wouldn't be there and that's where I'm sure quite a bit of their revenue comes from. It gets to the point where you start to ask why even have the console if you're going to make the games available for the PC? That's probably why you'll never see it happen. MS learned from this too and that's why I don't believe we see any MS games anymore. Gears of War was the last one I saw and that was how long ago? These companies want to lock you in to their eco system on their box. The PC is just too wild west for what they want to do. I agree though it would be cool to play Uncharted on the PC with proper AA.

1st party sony games are meant to sell their consoles. Unfortunately we will never see them on pc, but all the more reason to own a ps3...even if you have to put up with low resolutions and nasty textures...95% of the time the game is still good.

To be honest, the games we get on PC are plenty for me as I don't game nearly as often as I used to. As much as I enjoyed playing MLB: The Show, I stopped using all of my consoles about a couple of years ago. I have no interest in getting any future consoles either.

It is possible to use an emulator to run PS3 games and run them on a PC, since the PS3 is basically a computer. However it is hard to emulate PS3 games because of the convoluted coding of the Cell, not because the CELL processor is complex or even modern (It's actually closer to a multicore Pentium 4 processor), but it was basically designed to combat piracy. Thus, you'll need a pretty beefy system to emulate PS3 games, and even the current emulators aren't very good. It took a while for PCSX2 to be a good emulator for PS2 games, so unless if they have any proper PS3 emulators anytime soon, you might as well keep your PS3 or save up on one, heck the fact you can't connect to PSN with a third part emulator is worth it alone.

Some of the Fables have come to PC, and Alan Wake came to PC. But yeah, Halo 3 has never been on PC. Same with Reach, ODST, etc, etc.

Yeah I forgot about Fable and Alan Wake. If not for winning a 360 at a contest I wouldn't have purchased another, which is a shame because I really wanted to get back into the Halo universe and just couldn't justify it. Now though, lol I guess I'll get back into it. tongue.gif

I'd love to see Heavy Rain on the PC. I liked most of the developer's previous game, Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit on the PC, and hoped that we'd eventually get a port of it, but it never happened.
