Hi all. I have a 42" Sharp LCD TV I'm using as a computer monitor. I'm also using two GeForce 7600GT cards in SLI. I'm using a DVI-HDMI conversion cable if that makes any difference. Until yesterday I had no problems with running my games in 1080p, but I rebooted yesterday and all of a sudden some of my games will only run in 1080i and they look terrible. Diablo II and Warcraft III, for instance, will only run in 1080i while Half-Life 2 runs in 1080p. I can't figure out why it's switching to 1080i while in my video card settings it's set to 1080p. I'm pretty new to HDTVs, so does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks.

Jeff

Bummer

My mom works for Sony, and she brought home a copy of "Starhawk BETA"
I quickly slipped it into my trusty PS3, and started playing.

My only guess is that it could be the refresh rate in your Nvidia Control Panel. Half-LIfe 2 being a newer game it might force the higher rate (60Hz I think).
