The AVCHD specification only mentions 720x576 and 720x480 for standard definition streams.

I'm making a completely spec-compliant progressive (23.97fps) h.264 high profile stream -except- its resolution of 640x480.

I can't see a single technical reason why a player would have an issue with it, but based on past experience with other formats, I'm aware that some companies' implementations may have some senseless issues with it, so I'd like to ask:
Are you aware of any blu-ray player (hardware or software) that can't play a 640x480 h.264 video stream properly (or at all)? Could this be a real issue or is 99.9% of what's out there going to play this correctly?

Audiosceptics accept audio trials using 25 people. A recent Oxford study with over 353,000 patient records from 639 separate clinical trials shows for every 1,000 people taking diclofenac or ibuprofen there would be 3 additional heart attacks, 4 more cases of heart failure and 1 death every year.
