I am currently considering an Oppo player. Pricy but great rep & specs. Any opinions? I have been using my PS3 which seems to work great but want to move up for theatre quality.

You may consider diving into one of the already established OPPO threads. Lots of great info and opinions on all of them. Great players, but it just depends on what you want. I've got a 93 and I really do like it. To me, worth the $500.00.

Happy reading!

Welcome to AVS. We have est. owner's threads for each of the OPPO players (all players for that matter). We also have a sticky thread called, "Help me chose a BR player", if you are looking for advice on which player might be best for your setup and budget.

Again, welcome to AVS
